I completed my training in Kundalini Activation Healing in Bali, immersed in an environment devoted to body-led, nervous-system-informed healing. This work is not something I learned only through study — it is something I have experienced deeply in my own body.
During my training, I received sessions myself. I know firsthand that this work can look expressive and powerful — and it can also be quiet, subtle, and deeply gentle. Every journey is unique. Kundalini energy meets you exactly where you are and works with what your system is ready to release.
